Drain Rods
Our first port of call for unblocking drains is the drainage rod. This is a semi-flexible metal rod that is inserted into the problem pipe, and is designed to ‘puncture’ a blockage membrane, so that water flows past, carrying the rest of the blockage with it. This is unsuitable for clearing blockages that are some distance from the inspection hatch, as the rod has a limited range.

Using drain jetting and manual rodding we will remove the drain blockage quickly and safely. If the drainage problem is more complex we can use state of the art cctv drain survey equipment to get to the route of the problem and find the best solution. This can often highlight collapsed drains.
